One thing you haven’t mentioned is the one-sided NC Supreme Court. I’m not sure where all these idiotic suits will be heard but this SC is as bad as the US Supreme Court. While there is a raft of great attorneys to argue against these horrible suits, you are correct in your assessment that it’s all about delaying and mucking up the entire system.
